This online course is designed with the Overwhelmed Manager in mind. Whether you are a brand new leader or a grizzled veteran, this course gives every leader a step-by-step guide to building a team we would all want to lead. (No politics-No Bad Attitudes-High Trust!)
There will be a handful of video trainings, printed templates, and many other resources designed to be “doable” (I think I just made up a word!) by even the busiest of leaders.
